Position Summary:
Become an integral part of our international insurance team as an Operations Analyst. We welcome graduates and undergraduates with a sharp eye for detail, excluding those with engineering or postgraduate degrees.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and refine operational workflows for efficiency.
• Work closely with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
• Prepare and present operational performance insights.
• Support project execution and track deliverables.
• Resolve workflow issues to maintain smooth operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduates or undergraduates (non-engineering, non-PG).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exposure to the insurance sector is a plus.
