Senior Analyst – Operations for International Insurance

About the Role:
We are seeking a driven Senior Operations Analyst to support our international insurance project. This role is ideal for non-engineering graduates or undergraduates with excellent communication skills and up to four years of experience.

Primary Duties:

• Analyze operational processes to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Monitor and report key performance metrics.
• Assist with project milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Investigate operational challenges and provide actionable solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/undergraduate candidates (non-PG).
• Proficient in Excel and analytical tools.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous insurance sector experience is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary up to ₹30,000 (based on experience).
• Weekend off policy (Sat & Sun).
• Transportation facilities provided.

Work Timings:

• Multiple shifts available: 7:00 AM – 5:30 AM.
