We are hiring for the Medical Insurance – Voice Process. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career in the healthcare insurance industry. As part of the team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their insurance inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication with clients. The role requires clear communication skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.

Job Details:

Location: Ecity (Chamundi Towers)

Shift Timing: US Shift (Rotational Night Shifts)

Working Days: 5 days a week (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)

Cab Service: 2-way cab (within an 18-20 km radius)

Interview Process:
1️⃣ L1: HR Interview – Discuss job role and qualifications
2️⃣ L2: SVAR Test (60 minutes) – Evaluate skills and knowledge
3️⃣ L3: Voice & Accent Round – Assess communication clarity
4️⃣ L4: Operations Round – Final evaluation
