Job Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, Near Brookefield
Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our US Voice Process in the insurance sector. As a part of this role, you will handle customer queries, assist with insurance-related inquiries, and provide high-quality service to US clients.

Shift Timings:

Shift 1: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM

Shift 2: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

Shift 3: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday (5 working days)

Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)

Salary:

0 to 17 months of experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

18+ months of experience: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Variable Pay: Up to ₹5,500

Cab Facility:

Near Metro: Candidates traveling via metro will receive reimbursement for one-way metro travel and free cab for the other way.

Other Candidates: Two-way cab services will be provided.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Education: Graduates only (No BE, BTech, or Master’s degree holders)

2. Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills required

3. Experience: Prior experience in a customer support
