Job Details
๐ Process: Customer Support (Airline Process)
๐ Location: Manyata Tech Park, Hennur Branch
๐ Education: Minimum requirement of PUC or above
๐ฃ๏ธ Language Requirement: Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
๐ผ Experience: 6 to 12 months of experience in international voice support preferred
๐ฐ Salary: Up to 28k CTC, with a take-home salary of 24k
โฐ Shift Schedule: 5 working days with 2 rotational days off; rotational shifts apply
๐ Cab Facility: 2-way transportation provided
Interview Process
1. HR Round โ Initial screening
2. Versant Test โ Assessment of language and communication skills
3. Operations Round โ Role-specific interview with operations team
