Job Description:

Primary Role: Responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls to potential clients and customers. You will work closely with the sales team to generate leads, nurture customer relationships, and upsell products related to the Surgery Department.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers over the phone and through email.

Upsell and cross-sell products and services.

Follow up with leads to close sales and achieve sales targets.

Provide product information, answer queries, and assist with the buying process.

Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in the system.

Key Requirements:

Languages: Proficiency in English & Hindi is mandatory.

Previous experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, or upselling is highly desirable.

Must be comfortable with outbound sales.

Salary:

Freshers: 3 LPA

Experienced: Up to 5 LPA

Qualification:

Undergraduate degree is acceptable.

Shift Details:

Working Days: 6 days a week (with 1 rotational off)

Shift Timings: Day shift
