Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Operations Analyst to join our international insurance project 🌍. This role is perfect for graduates and undergraduates with excellent English communication skills 📚. Candidates with a BE/BTEC or postgraduate qualifications are excluded. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for driving operational excellence 🔍.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse operational processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency 📈.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices 🤝.

Prepare and present reports on operational performance metrics 📊.

Assist with project management tasks to ensure timely and successful project delivery ⏰.

Troubleshoot operational issues and develop solutions to improve service delivery 💡.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or undergraduates (non-engineering, non-PG) 🎓.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 🧠.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 💬.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools 🖥️.

Experience in the insurance sector is a plus, but not mandatory 💼.

Compensation:

Competitive salary up to 30,000 TH (based on last withdrawn salary) 💰.

Working Conditions:

5 working days per week, with weekends (Saturday and Sunday) off 🗓️.

Transportation provided both ways 🚗.

Available Shifts:

12:30 PM – 9:30 PM 🌅

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM 🌞

5:30 PM – 3:30 AM 🌙

6:30 PM – 4:30 AM 🌙

8:30 PM – 5:30 AM 🌜
