Job Title: Senior Operations Analyst – International Insurance Project

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and motivated Senior Operations Analyst to join our international insurance project team. This role is ideal for graduates and undergraduates with strong English communication skills. Candidates with a BE/BTEC or any postgraduate qualifications are not eligible to apply. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Analysis: Examine and analyse operational processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams to apply best practices and ensure the efficient operation of all processes.

Reporting: Create and deliver reports on operational performance, including key metrics, to management and stakeholders.

Project Support: Assist in project management tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet deliverables.

Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges, proposing and implementing effective solutions to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (non-engineering, non-postgraduate).

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with various teams.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools.

Industry Experience: Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, though not mandatory.

Compensation:

Salary up to 30,000 TH (based on last drawn salary).

Working Conditions:

5 working days per week, with fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday).

Transportation provided both ways.

Available Shifts:

12:30 PM – 9:30 PM

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

5:30 PM – 3:30 AM

6:30 PM – 4:30 AM

8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
