Job Title: Senior Operations Analyst – International Insurance Project

Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Senior Operations Analyst to support our international insurance project. This position is ideal for graduates and undergraduates with excellent English communication skills. Candidates holding BE/BTEC degrees or any postgraduate qualifications are not eligible. The ideal applicant will possess strong analytical abilities and a keen interest in driving operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Analysis: Evaluate operational workflows and processes to identify areas for optimization and improvement.

Collaboration: Work alongside diverse teams to implement effective practices and enhance operational efficiency.

Reporting: Generate and present detailed reports on operational performance and key metrics.

Project Support: Assist with project management to ensure timely and successful project execution.

Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve operational issues, creating solutions to improve overall service delivery.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (non-engineering, non-postgraduate).

Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented mindset.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools.

Industry Experience: Experience in the insurance sector is beneficial but not required.

Compensation:

Competitive salary up to 30,000 TH (based on last withdrawn salary).

Working Conditions:

5 days of work per week, with weekends (Saturday & Sunday) off.

Transportation is provided both ways.

Available Shifts:

12:30 PM – 9:30 PM

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

5:30 PM – 3:30 AM

6:30 PM – 4:30 AM

8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
