Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Executives to join our team in a Non-Voice Process. As a part of our dynamic customer support team, you will be responsible for assisting customers via email, chat, or other non-verbal communication channels to resolve queries and provide information. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and effective customer support through non-voice channels (email/chat)
Address customer inquiries, provide solutions, and offer product or service information
Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude when interacting with customers
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved
Document and track customer interactions and feedback
Qualifications & Skills:
Qualification: PUC & Above
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Comfortable working in a US Rotational Shift environment
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
Benefits:
Salary: ₹19,000 take-home + ₹15,000 retention bonus
Working Days: 5 days a week, with 2 rotational days off
