We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team in the Medical Insurance Voice Process. As part of this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls related to medical insurance queries, providing exceptional service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires clear communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
**Eligibility Criteria:**
– Freshers are welcome to apply
– Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible
**Compensation:**
– **Annual Salary:** ₹2.35 LPA
– **Monthly Take-home:** ₹21,631
**Job Details:**
– **Work Location:** Ecity (Chamundi Towers)
– **Shift Timing:** US Shifts (Night rotational)
– **Working Days:** 5 days per week (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)
– **Cab Facility:** Two-way cab service available (within 18-20 km radius)
**Interview Process:**
1️⃣ **Round 1:** HR Interview (L1)
2️⃣ **Round 2:** SVAR Test (60-minute duration)
3️⃣ **Round 3:** Voice & Accent Round (V&A)
4️⃣ **Round 4:** Operations Interview
