Job Description

Role: Broadband Customer Support (Chat Process)
Shift: UK Shift
Working Days: 5 days a week with 2 rotational days off
Location: Brookfield, Bangalore

Salary:

For Freshers: ₹21,000 take-home

For Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹23,000 take-home (must have at least 6 months of experience in International Chat Support)

Cab Facility:

For Male Employees: Two-way transport with ₹2750 deduction

For Female Employees: One-way transport with ₹1375 deduction

Eligibility Requirements:

Open to freshers and experienced candidates with a minimum of 6 months in International Chat Support

Interview Process:

1. HR Round: Initial screening to assess basic fit

2. Assessment: Evaluation of skills relevant to chat support

3. Operations Round: Final interview with operations team

Interview Schedule and Location:

Location: Hennur & Koramangala

Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
