We are hiring for an International Customer Support role in the Airline process, located at Manyata Tech Park. The position requires candidates with at least 1 year of experience in international voice support, excellent communication skills in English, and a PUC+ education. The salary offered is up to 28k CTC, with a take-home of 24k, along with a 2-way cab facility. The job involves supporting Etihad customers in the US. The shifts are rotational with 5 working days and 2 days off. The interview process includes an HR round, a Versant test (60 cut-off), and an operations round.
