**Location**: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield
**Shift Timings**: Fixed US Shifts
– 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
– 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
– 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM
**Work Days**: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
**Weekends Off**: Saturday and Sunday

### **Salary**:
– **0-17 months of experience**: ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 per month
– **18+ months of experience**: Up to ₹30,000 per month
– **Variable Pay**: Up to ₹5,500

### **Cab Facility**:
– **For candidates near the metro**: One-way metro travel (reimbursement provided) and free cab for the return journey.
– **For other candidates**: Two-way cab service provided.

1) **Qualification**: Graduates only (No BE, BTech, or Master’s candidates)
2) **Communication Skills**: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
3) **Experience**: Prior experience in customer support or a voice process is preferred
