**Hiring for US Voice Process (Insurance)**

Job Description

**Location**: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield
**Shift Timings**: Fixed US Shifts
– 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
– 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
– 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM

**Work Days**: Monday to Friday (5 days)
**Weekends Off**: Saturday and Sunday

**Salary**:
– 0-17 months of experience: ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 per month
– 18+ months of experience: Up to ₹30,000 per month
– Variable Pay: Up to ₹5,500

**Cab Facility**:
– For candidates near the metro: One-way metro travel (reimbursement provided) and free cab for the other way.
– For other candidates: Two-way cab service provided.

**Interview Process**: 3 rounds of interview

**Requirements**:
1) Graduate (No BE, BTech, or Master’s candidates)
2) Excellent command of English communication
3) Relevant experience
