### **Job Overview**:
As part of the **International Voice Support** team, you will be responsible for engaging with international clients over the phone, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You’ll need strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

### **Eligibility Criteria**:

– **Education**: PUC (12th) or higher qualification
– **Experience**: At least 6 months of experience in an International Voice process
– **Shift**: 5 days of work per week, 2 days off
– **Cab Facility**: Two-way cab provided
– **Age**: Must be below 32 years

### **Compensation**:
– **Salary**: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Take-Home)

### **Interview Process**:
– The interview will consist of three rounds: **HR Interview**, **Voice and Accent Round**, and **Operations Round**.
