We are hiring for the position of **International Voice Support** at **InTouchCX**. Below are the details:

### **Job Description**:
As part of the International Voice team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to international clients. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

### **Eligibility Criteria**:

– **Education**: PUC or higher (12th pass, Graduates, etc.)
– **Experience**: Minimum of 6 months of experience in International Voice support
– **Shift**: 5 working days with 2 days off
– **Cab Facility**: Two-way cab provided
– **Age**: Up to 32 years

### **Salary**:
– **Salary**: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Take Home)

### **Interview Process**:
– **Rounds**: HR Interview, Voice & Accent Round, and Operations Round
