We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as **Customer Support Executives** in a **Non-Voice Process**. In this role, you will assist customers through digital communication channels, providing prompt and effective solutions to their queries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and contributing to the overall success of the team.

**Salary**:
– **Freshers & Experienced**: ₹19,000 take-home per month
– **Additional**: ₹15,000 retention bonus

**Shift**:
– **US Rotational Shifts** (Flexible timing to support US-based clients)

**Eligibility**:
– **Qualification**: PUC (Pre-University Course) and above
– **Experience**: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates

**Work Schedule**:
– 5 working days per week
– 2 rotational days off
