We are hiring for the Medical Insurance – Voice Process position, where the selected candidates will be responsible for assisting customers in understanding and managing their medical insurance queries through voice-based communication. The role requires excellent communication skills to provide quality customer support, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in a US-based insurance process.
**Eligibility**:
– Open to Freshers (Graduates and Undergraduates are welcome to apply)
– No prior experience required
**Salary**:
– **Annual Salary**: ₹2.35 LPA
– **Monthly Take-Home**: ₹21,631
**Job Details**:
– **Location**: Ecity (Chamundi Towers)
– **Shift Timings**: US Shift (Night rotational shifts)
– **Working Days**: 5 days a week (Fixed weekends off: Saturday & Sunday)
– **Cab Facility**: 2-way cab service provided (within an 18-20 km radius)
**Interview Process**:
1️⃣ **L1 – HR Interview**: Initial screening to assess suitability for the role
2️⃣ **L2 – SVAR Test**: A skill-based test (Score of 60 required)
3️⃣ **L3 – Voice & Accent Test**: Evaluation of verbal communication skills
4️⃣ **L4 – Operations Round**: Final round to assess operational knowledge and capabilities
