*Job Opening: US Voice Process (Insurance)**

Job Description

*
**Location:** Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield.
**Shift Timings:**
– 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
– 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
– 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
**Work Days:** Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
**Week Offs:** Saturday and Sunday (fixed weekends off)

**Salary:**
– For candidates with **0 to 17 months of experience**: ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 TH
– For candidates with **18+ months of experience**: Up to ₹30,000 TH
– **Variable Pay:** Up to ₹5,500

**Transportation:**
– For candidates near the metro, one-way travel via metro (reimbursement provided), and the return journey via **free cab**.
– For all other candidates, **2-way cab** service is provided.

**Interview Process:** 3 rounds of interviews.

**Requirements:**
1. **Graduates** only (No BE, BTech, or Master’s candidates).
2. Strong **English communication skills**.
3. **Experience** in the US voice process is preferred.
