We are seeking a **Customer Support Executive** to join our team, where you will play a key role in assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. This position is open to both **freshers** and **experienced candidates** who are eager to contribute to customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Customer Assistance:** Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat, offering timely and accurate solutions.
– **Issue Resolution:** Troubleshoot problems and provide clear guidance to help resolve issues efficiently.
– **Record Keeping:** Log customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation.
– **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments to ensure all customer needs are met.
**Qualifications & Requirements:**
– **Education:** PUC or higher.
– **For Freshers:** No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
– **For Experienced Candidates:** Previous customer support experience is preferred.
– **Skills:** Strong communication skills in English, good problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.
**Salary & Compensation:**
– **For Freshers:** ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 TH per month.
– **For Experienced Candidates:** ₹26,000 TH per month, plus ₹200 per day shift allowance (₹4,000 per month).
**Working Hours & Shifts:**
– **Shift Timings:** US shift hours.
