**Job Description:**
We are looking for a **Customer Support Executive** to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for both freshers and candidates with prior experience, offering a great opportunity to work in a customer-focused environment. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
– Provide accurate information about products/services and assist with troubleshooting.
– Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
– Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
– Collaborate with other teams to escalate issues when necessary.

**Qualifications & Requirements:**

– **Education:** PUC or above.
– **Freshers:** No prior experience required.
– **Experience:** Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
– **Skills:** Excellent communication skills in English, problem-solving ability, and a customer-centric approach.

**Compensation:**

– **Fresher Salary:** ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 TH per month.
– **Experienced Salary:** ₹26,000 TH per month + ₹200 daily shift allowance (₹4,000 per month).

**Working Hours:**

– **Shift:** US shift timings.
