**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a **Senior Operations Analyst** to join our **international insurance project** team. This role is ideal for **graduates and undergraduates** with strong English communication skills, excluding those holding **BE/BTEC degrees** or **postgraduate qualifications**. The ideal candidate will have a **strong analytical mindset** and a deep interest in improving operational processes for **enhanced efficiency**.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Process Analysis:** Evaluate and analyze operational workflows to identify areas of improvement and implement more efficient processes.
– **Cross-Team Collaboration:** Work with different teams across the organization to introduce and adopt **best operational practices**.
– **Reporting:** Create and present detailed **reports on operational performance** to key stakeholders.
– **Project Support:** Assist in project management tasks, ensuring **projects are delivered on time** and meet the required objectives.
– **Problem Solving:** Address and resolve operational challenges by developing effective solutions to **optimize service delivery**.

**Requirements:**

– **Education:** A Bachelor’s degree or undergraduates (excluding engineering and postgraduate qualifications).
– **Skills:** Strong **problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking** abilities.
– **Communication:** Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** to interact effectively with internal teams.
– **Technical Proficiency:** Advanced skills in **Microsoft Excel** and **data analysis tools**.
– **Experience:** Prior experience in the **insurance industry** is an advantage but not mandatory.

**Compensation:**
Salary **up to 30,000 TH** (based on previous salary).

**Working Conditions:**

– **Workweek:** 5 days a week, with **weekends off** (Saturday and Sunday).
– **Transport:** Transportation will be provided to and from work.

**Shift Options:**

– 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
– 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
– 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM
– 6:30 PM – 4:30 PM
– 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
