**Job Description:**
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Operations Analyst to join our international insurance project team. This position is ideal for graduates and undergraduates with excellent communication skills in English, excluding candidates with engineering degrees (BE/BTEC) or any postgraduate qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Process Optimization:** Analyze operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
– **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and enhance overall operational performance.
– **Reporting:** Prepare and deliver regular reports on operational performance metrics, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
– **Project Support:** Assist with project management activities to ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting agreed timelines and milestones.
– **Issue Resolution:** Troubleshoot operational challenges and develop effective solutions to enhance service delivery and optimize processes.

**Requirements:**

– Bachelor’s degree or undergraduates (non-engineering and non-PG).
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
– Experience in the insurance sector is desirable, but not essential.

**Compensation:**
Salary up to 30,000 TH (depending on last withdrawn salary).

**Working Conditions:**

– 5 days a week, with weekends (Saturday & Sunday) off.
– Transportation provided both ways.

**Shift Availability:**

– 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
– 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
– 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM
– 6:30 PM – 4:30 PM
– 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
