Job Title: Senior Operations Analyst – International Insurance Project

Job Description

Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Operations Analyst to join our international insurance project. This position is suited for recent graduates or undergraduates with strong English communication skills, excluding those with BE/BTEC or postgraduate qualifications. The ideal candidate should have a keen analytical mindset and a dedication to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze operational processes to identify improvements and enhance efficiency.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain best practices.

Prepare and deliver reports on key operational performance metrics.

Assist in managing project activities to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Resolve operational issues and propose solutions to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate studies (non-engineering, non-postgraduate).

Strong skills in analysis and problem-solving.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

Previous experience in the insurance sector is an advantage but not essential.

Compensation:

Salary up to 30,000 THB (depending on last withdrawn salary).

Working Conditions:

5-day work week with weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).

Round-trip transportation provided.

Available Shifts:

12:30 PM – 9:30 PM

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

5:30 PM – 3:30 AM

6:30 PM – 4:30 AM

8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
