We are currently hiring for **Inside Sales Representatives** for our **Surgery Department**. The role involves reaching out to potential clients through **outbound calls** and promoting our surgery-related products and services. If you have experience in **sales, telesales, inside sales**, or **upselling**, and are comfortable engaging customers over the phone, this is the perfect role for you!

### **Key Responsibilities:**
– **Outbound Sales:** Reach out to customers through calls to promote surgery-related products/services.
– **Customer Communication:** Effectively communicate the value of our products, answering queries and addressing concerns.
– **Sales Growth:** Meet sales targets through upselling and cross-selling efforts.
– **Relationship Building:** Foster long-term relationships with customers to ensure continued business.
– **Documentation:** Keep track of customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

### **Eligibility Criteria:**
– **Languages:** Proficiency in both **English** and **Hindi** is mandatory.
– **Experience:**
– **Freshers:** ₹3 LPA
– **Experienced Candidates:** Up to ₹5 LPA based on relevant experience in sales or telesales.
– **Education:** **Undergraduates** are welcome to apply.
– **Preferred Experience:** Experience in **sales**, **telesales**, **inside sales**, or **upselling** is preferred, especially for those interested in outbound calls.
