**Job Location:** Hennur (Monday to Friday drive)
**Client:** InTouchCX (International Voice Process)
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients.
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and resolving issues.
– Maintain quality standards as per the company’s guidelines.
– Handle calls in a professional and timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Follow up on customer requests and ensure effective communication.
**Eligibility Criteria:**
– **Education:** PUC (Pre-University Certificate) or higher.
– **Experience:** Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process.
– **Age:** Up to 32 years.
– **Location:** Electronic City (E-city).
**Shift & Work Schedule:**
– 5 working days, with 2 days off per week.
– Rotational shifts as per business requirements.
**Compensation & Benefits:**
– **Salary:** Up to ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 take-home per month.
– **Cab Facility:** Two-way cab service provided for employees.
