Job Description

Customer Service Representative – US Process (Insurance)

Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield
Shift: Fixed US shifts – choose from 5:30 pm – 2:30 am, 6:30 pm – 3:30 am, or 8:30 pm – 5:30 am
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends off)

Salary Details:

• Less than 18 months experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 take-home
• 18+ months experience: Up to ₹30,000 take-home
• Variable bonus of up to ₹5,500

Transportation:

• Metro-accessible: Reimbursed one-way metro and free one-way cab
• For others: Two-way cab facility

Requirements:

1. Graduate (No BE, B.Tech, or Master’s degrees)
2. Excellent English proficiency
3. Experience in a similar role
