We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives in a Non-Voice Process. The role involves assisting customers via email, chat, or other written communication channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of inquiries.
**Key Responsibilities**:
– Provide high-quality customer support through non-voice communication channels.
– Address customer queries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
– Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall service quality.
– Follow company guidelines and processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Salary**:
– Freshers and experienced candidates: ₹19,000 take-home salary per month
– ₹15,000 retention bonus (subject to terms and conditions)
**Shift Details**:
– US Rotational Shifts (including night shifts)
**Eligibility**:
– Minimum qualification: PUC (Pre-University Course) or above
– Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
**Work Schedule**:
– 5 working days a week with 2 rotational days off
