Job Description

💼 Position: Customer Service Representative – US Insurance Process
📍 Location: Near Brookefield, Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area
🌜 Shifts: Evening and Night Shifts (Fixed)
🕐 Shift Hours: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM, 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM, or 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
📆 Work Week: Monday to Friday
🚫 Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

💵 Salary Details:

• 0 – 17 months experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (Take-Home)
• 18+ months experience: Up to ₹30,000 (Take-Home)
• 🎯 Variable Pay: Up to ₹5,500

🚗 Cab Facilities:

• Metro Proximity: One-way metro (reimbursed), free cab for the other way.
• Other Areas: Two-way cab service provided.

📑 Qualifications:

1. Graduate (No BE, BTech, or Master’s candidates)
2. 🗣 Strong English communication
3. 🎓 Relevant experience
