Job Description

📣 Hiring: Voice Process Representative – US Shift (Insurance)
📍 Location: EPIP Area, near Brookefield, Graphite India Main Road
🌃 Shift Timing: Fixed US Shifts (Evening/Night)
🕒 Shift Hours: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM, 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM, 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
📅 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
🛑 Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

💰 Pay Scale:

• 0 – 17 months experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (Take-Home)
• 18+ months experience: Up to ₹30,000 (Take-Home)
• 🎯 Variable Pay: Up to ₹5,500

🚖 Transport:

• Near Metro: One-way metro travel (reimbursed), free cab for the other way.
• All Other Areas: Two-way cab service.

📝 Qualifications:

1. Graduate (Excludes BE, BTech, and Master’s candidates)
2. 💬 Fluent English communication
3. 📞 Relevant experience in voice process
