Job Description

Role: US Voice Process Agent (Insurance)
Work Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield
Shift Options: Fixed US Shifts – Evening/Night
Shift Hours: Choose from 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM, 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM, or 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)

Compensation:

• Freshers to 17 months experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (Take-Home)
• 18+ months experience: Up to ₹30,000 (Take-Home)
• Performance-Based Variable Pay: Up to ₹5,500

Transportation:

• Metro Proximity: Travel one way by metro (with reimbursement), and the other way by cab.
• Other Candidates: Two-way cab service provided.

Eligibility:

1. Graduation (BE, BTech, and Masters not eligible)
2. Strong communication in English
3. Prior experience in voice-based customer support
