**Job Description**:
We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for a Non-Voice process. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers via email, chat, or other online platforms, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. You will be part of a dynamic team, providing high-quality service in a fast-paced, US-based environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
– Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate information through non-voice channels (email, chat, etc.)
– Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
– Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards are consistently met
– Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
– Minimum education: PUC (Pre-University Course) or higher
– Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
– Strong written communication skills
– Ability to work in a US Rotational Shift environment
– Flexible to work 5 days a week with 2 rotational days off
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
**Salary & Benefits**:
– Take-home salary: ₹19,000 per month
– Additional retention bonus of ₹15,000
– Free two-way cab service (within a 25 km radius from the office)
– 5-day working week with 2 rotational days off
