Position Overview
We’re hiring for an in-house Customer Support role specializing in airline services, located at Manyata Tech Park. This position is designed for candidates with strong English communication skills and experience in international voice support. Key Details

Role: Customer Support for Airline Process (International Voice Process)

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore

Educational Requirement: Minimum PUC (12th grade) or higher

Experience: 6-12 months in International Voice Support

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹28,000 CTC, with a take-home of approximately ₹24,000

Shifts: 5 working days per week with 2 rotational days off; includes rotational shifts

Cab Facility: 2-way cab service provided for convenient commuting

1. HR Interview – Initial screening and eligibility assessment

2. Versant Test – Evaluation of communication and language skills
