Job Description

Broadband Customer Support Role (Chat Process)

Shift: UK Timing
Work Pattern: 5 days a week with 2 rotating days off
Location: Brookfield, Bangalore

Salary Information:

• Freshers: ₹21,000 take-home
• Experienced candidates (6+ months in International Chat Process): Up to ₹23,000 take-home

Cab Facility:

• For male candidates: Two-way cab with ₹2,750 deduction
• For female candidates: One-way cab with ₹1,375 deduction

Eligibility:

• Open to freshers and candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in International Chat Process

Interview Process:

1. HR Round
2. Assessment
3. Operations Round

Where to Interview:
Available at Hennur and Koramangala offices, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 12 PM
