Job Description

Broadband Customer Support – Chat Process Role

Shift: UK Shift
Work Days: 5 days with 2 rotating days off
Location: Brookfield, Bangalore

Compensation:

• Freshers: ₹21,000 take home
• Experienced (min. 6 months in International Chat Process): Up to ₹23,000 take home

Cab Service:

• For male employees: Both-way cab with ₹2,750 deduction
• For female employees: One-way cab with ₹1,375 deduction

Qualifications:

• Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience in International Chat Process

Interview Process:

1. HR Interview
2. Assessment Test
3. Operations Interview

Interview Venue:
Hennur and Koramangala offices, Monday-Friday, 10 AM – 12 PM
