Job Description

Insurance Voice Process Specialist – US Shift
Location: Near Brookefield, EPIP Area, Graphite India Main Road
Shift Options: Fixed US Shifts (Night Shift)
Timings:

• 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
• 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
• 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday, weekends off

Salary Structure:

• Freshers with 0-17 months experience: INR 20,000 – 22,000 (Take Home)
• Experienced candidates with 18+ months: Up to INR 30,000 (Take Home)
• Variable Pay: Up to INR 5,500

Transportation:

• Metro commuters receive reimbursement for one-way metro travel and a free cab for the other way
• Free two-way cab service for all other candidates

Eligibility:

1. Graduates only (BE, B.Tech, and Master’s not eligible)
2. Exceptional English communication skills
3. Previous relevant experience
