Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Broadband Customer Support representatives for a chat-based process. This role involves supporting customers in the UK through chat to resolve queries related to broadband services.

Job Details:

Shift: UK Shift (aligns with UK time zones)

Working Days: 5 days a week with 2 rotational off days

Location: Brookfield, Bangalore

Salary:

Freshers: ₹21,000 take-home salary

Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹23,000 take-home salary (for those with a minimum of 6 months in an International Chat Process role)

Cab Facility:

Male Employees: Two-way transportation available with a ₹2,750 deduction from salary

Female Employees: One-way transportation available with a ₹1,375 deduction from salary

Eligibility Criteria:

Open to freshers and candidates with at least 6 months of experience in an International Chat Process role

3. Operations Round

Interview Venue and Schedule:

Locations: Hennur & Koramangala offices

Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 10 AM to 12 PM
