Job Description

Role: Broadband Customer Support – Chat Process
Location: Brookfield, Bangalore
Shift: UK Shift
Working Days: 5 days per week, with 2 rotational off days

Salary:

Freshers: ₹21,000 (take-home pay)

Experienced: Up to ₹23,000 (take-home pay) for candidates with a minimum of 6 months in an international chat support role

Cab Facility:

Men: Two-way transport provided with a deduction of ₹2,750

Women: One-way transport provided with a deduction of ₹1,375

Eligibility Requirements:

Freshers welcome

Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in an international chat process role

Interview Rounds:

1. HR Interview

2. Skill Assessment

3. Operations Interview

Interview Location and Timings:

Locations: Hennur and Koramangala

Days: Monday to Friday

Time: 10 AM to 12 PM
