Position Overview:
We are hiring Customer Support Representatives to assist customers in the airline process. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, this is an excellent opportunity to join our team.

Job Details

Process: Customer Support for Airline Process

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Hennur Branch

Education Requirement: PUC (Pre-University College) and above

Language Requirement: Excellent proficiency in English

Experience: Minimum of 6-12 months in International Voice Support

Salary: Up to 28k CTC, with 24k as Take-Home

Shift Details: 5 working days per week with 2 days off (rotational shifts)

Cab Facility: 2-way cab service provided

Interview Process

1. HR Round – Initial screening to assess fit for the role

2. Versant Test – Evaluation of communication skills

3. Operations Round – Final round with operations team
