**Overview:**
We are actively seeking motivated individuals to fill the role of Customer Support Executive. In this non-voice position, you will engage with customers through email and chat, providing solutions and support to enhance their experience with our services.

**Compensation:**
– **Take-home Salary:** 19,000 INR for both freshers and experienced candidates
– **Retention Bonus:** Additional 15,000 INR

**Work Schedule:**
– **Shift Type:** US Rotational Shift
– **Days Off:** 5 days of work per week, with 2 days off that rotate

**Qualifications:**
– Education: Minimum of PUC or higher

**Transportation Benefits:**
– Enjoy free two-way cab service within a 25 km radius

**Location:**
– Based in Marathahalli
