We are seeking dedicated Customer Support Executives to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers through email and chat, providing them with solutions and support for their inquiries. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer concerns, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Salary:**
– Freshers and experienced candidates: 19,000 INR take-home pay
– Additional 15,000 INR retention bonus

**Shift:**
– US Rotational Shift

**Qualifications:**
– Minimum PUC or above

**Work Schedule:**
– 5 working days with 2 rotational days off

**Transportation:**
– Free two-way cab service available within a 25 km radius
